Upping My Calories Healthily?

So I seem to have got myself in a rut.
Been reducing my calories, exercising 4/5 times a week, sounds right on paper..only some days I end up having 900-1000 calories...which I know is too low..and after a few days it leads to binging. I think had about 500 calories of bread this evening. I'm actually ashamed to admit.
Stupid question, how can I eat more and keep losing weight? I see a lot of people recommending nuts...I HATE nuts, so let's skip them.

I had the same problem, I love to exercise but it drastically cuts my calories and caused big issues for me. I've decided to do exercise x3 per week and maybe low impact cardio on the other days and also putting my deficit a lot smaller (1550-1600). I've also incorporated foods I'd enjoy and are within my range so it doesn't become a drag losing the next 7lbs.

How is that working out for you? I'm onto my last 10lbs too! It was my goal to lose it before my holiday in April.
