Go to GNC and buy Dymatize Elite Gourmet. It is sooooo tasty, it is like having a milkshake but it's only 1 scoop and water! My friend who is a personal trainer said it is ideal for woman!

Just keep your body moving! Even if you don't know all the routines just keep it going. The more effort you put into it the more you'll burn. It also depends on your instructor, some can be a little more faster pace than others.

I started out with the dvds and now I go to the classes. It is so much more fun and motivating in a big group and I only pay $5.00 per class. I hope you see results, I'm going to do a weigh in next week after my third week of zumba!

I'm 5'4.5 and weigh 140, pant size 4-6. The weight to me doesn't really matter it is more toning the problem areas. If I could have a flat belly and smaller thighs I could care less what I weighed!
