236 calories is what I count it as. I am starting it up again after a year so I know I am burning more calories than I would after 5 months of doing it every week. Everyday your body gets more used to it and it becomes more easier.

Thank you everyone! I think you are right. I eat tons of salt, I love salt!. Plus, I know I haven't been exercising enough. My body could be in starvation mode. When you eat like a pig and then eat 1500 calories a day- your body doesn't understand. I do need to buy a scale! To the store I go!

I'm sorry! It happens! You can't be perfect all of the time, no one is! A normal body will slow down weight loss if it has a consistent number of calories a day, BODIES GET BORED, just like your taste buds! Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the suggestions. Do you think any places like Borders, WalMart, Target has any good ones?
