I would love to join this thread! I am currently on LV 1 Day 5 tonight! So far I have lost a total of 6 inches off of my whole entire body just from cutting my calorie intake in half and doing this video! I can't wait to see the results at the end of the 30 days! :)

Daily calories before workout: 1380, After my workout it will be around1600, I try to eat back most of my workout calories Height: 5'4 Current weight: 164 Calories burned from exercise: 200-300

I'm going to look into low sodium foods and make a list for the next time I go to the gym! I think with less sodium and more water, the weight will start coming off! I only plan on weighing myself once a week even maybe once every two weeks at first!
