Make one at home.. even if the calories are low they extra stuff is not good for your body.. If you are like Traveling or something I would say maybe the oatmeal or yogurt.

I personally never skip breakfast, But if I eat a huge breakfast I will skip Lunch, and if I eat a huge lunch I will skip dinner.. But its whatever you feel you can do. If I skip Breakfast I tend to overeat the rest of the day.

I had a cup of frosted flakes with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk with coffee of course. :) It comes to 164 calories, 1 gram of fat. the only thing really high is the sugar at 15, and the carbs which is 36. I try to stay under 200 calories for breakfast lunch and snack. leaving most of the calories for dinner.

People who are addicted are not going to just drop the digusting habit. I hope though it will stop young kids from thinking its cool and start lighting up. I quit 11 years ago and I enjoy not smelling bad and the nasty taste in my mouth.

I would say no! keep the tea. Try Green Tea! I make iced tea and drink that sometimes because I need something different in taste. I count it towards my water. About the milk. I myself try to limit my milk to 1 cup a day at dinner mostly to use to fill. I found that drinking just that one glass with my dinner helps me…

Hell I know its hard... I didn't mean to sound like I was putting you down. I am not perfect when it comes to not eating that stuff.. Just today I had a bag of snack sized chips because I was still hungry after my tomato sandwich..and I was tired after working out.. Every Pound lost is not one that is gained.. :)

Lots of processed food.. Try making small changes. Like 1 packet of oatmeal and lots of fresh fruit. Trying staying away from "diet" processed food.. and drink drink drink water.
