one of my closest friends is Korean and manages to stay rather fit despite eating all kinds of Korean foods! she won't eat anything else. she does say moderation is key which many would probably agree. :) personally, I'd have issues with moderation if I ate it every day.

i like to blend my black coffee with almond or soy milk and a scoop of protein... add ice to make a frappuccino. I love the taste, but that's me. yep, that's happened to me before. my husband actually suggested I use bandaids on those babies. gotta admit, I tried and it looked even more awkward. lol. If it really makes you feel uncomfortable, then definitely use extra padding, otherwise people should not be minding your nipples anyway.
