I've just started using Jillian Michaels "Six Week 6 Pack" dvd and it is a great 25 minute workout that targets the core: saddle bags, abs, obliques. It's pretty great!

loving it!! On Week 1 of Ripped in 30! burning about 330 calories a work out instead of the 250 of 30 Day Shred. Pace is a lotf smoother, the workout seems over really quickly but it is still a challenge! good luck!

Monday, April 4: 177 lbs Today, April 11: 174.1 lbs I am now at my lowest so far AND i overcame the 3 pounds I had put back on! Huzzah!

Me too- 2 sections and a nice soft pooch remaining. though i don't expect to get rid of it completely, just began Jillian Michaels "Six Week 6 Pack" dvd in the mornings. At least I can give my flabby bits some attention!!

I am 5'9'' and when I started the 30 day shred i was 199 lbs. I usually burn anywhere from 225 to 260 calories during one level of the dvd. so an average of about 250 calories per workout. Good luck!! Jillian kicks your *kitten* and the best part is: you thank her for it because your *kitten* gets smaller!!!

The Y is my choice because kids memberships are included in the family rate, as opposed to other gyms like Goodlife that charge extra to watch the little ones. last week: 176 this week: 177 i started Jillian's Ripped In 30 this morning so I am back on track as per my routine. And my computer is working again so I can log my food regularly again. No more backsliding!

I didn't notice an improvement in my weight loss until i upped my daily calories to 1550 and then ate whatever exercise calories i earned. i also stopped eating after 8pm and forced myself to eat breakfast. those items worked for me, as did cooking meals from the biggest loser family cookbook. i say keep at it - it'll…

i love fibre pills. i take one at each meal. the first week or so it caused me a little cramping because my body was so unused to moving food through properly. my cousin swears by ex-lax while, in a pinch, coffee and salads with raisins will get things going more naturally. good luck!

I found that after the video I needed to stretch a bit more. It helped lessen the aches and pains post-work out. So I stretched head to toe for another 10 minutes, then had a hot hot shower. You'll feel a LOT looser and be prepared for tomorrow's work out!

I use it, but it's a Wii game, not a dvd (unless she has a dvd by the same name). It's a great workout - I usually burn around 250 calories doing the Abs Circuit TRaining and there's also a lot of variety in it. The game isn't quite as user friendly as it could be but once you get used to it it's awesome! Good luck!!!
