YES, of course I was joking!!! Man sure did not mean to open such a "Storm" over my post. Well at least I burned some calories while I ducked all the arrows and seems many others burned calories by getting all worked up. Let's just all chill now!! :):)

Wow!! At 68 thought I was out here by myself. I'm down to swimming, walking and body weight exercises. Every time I go back to gym for lifting, "my body says I'm older, but my brain disagrees", that leads to injury. Oh well, don't have a choice about getting older, but damn I can choose to not be old.....will start back…

Minimum of 2 SCUBA dives each month. (On days not "wet" minimum of 45 minutes walk/slow jog and some form of body weight/weight workout each day)

Got it going on now!! Right side hip and been there for about 1 week. Deep throbing sharp pain that hurts when I walk or lay on my right side. Last dive was last week at Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica. Did 2 each day. Don't even ask if I kept track on MFP of food or drinks:drinker: I will say I came back after 6 days weighing the same as when I left. Next dive probably some where off coast of the Pandandle here in Florida next week. Definite the "Big O" very soon.
