Whichever gym you "WILL" go to regularly is the best gym. Forget what everyone recommends, it's your gym!!

Look at top of this page, click on groups, then click on browse groups. You can then scroll through all 5000+ groups. Look on page 6 for the Swimmers Group
-
the Swimmers Group is very active. You can't search for it, just have to scroll through the groups until you find it.
-
I'm trying to remember how I synced it with myfitnesspal. Looked in the manual and no luck. Maybe you can search on myfitnesspal for instructions or maybe call Garmin for instructions.

20x50 yds@30 min
-
27x50 yds. Did not time

For anti-fogging I use baby shampoo. Couple of drops and quick rinse they won't fog. Do the same with my SCUBA mask when I dive. Problem with licking or spitting in your goggles or mask, even though it works, is that it could lead to eye infection
-
18x50yds@30 min. 4x50 with new SCUBA fins
-
36x50 yard@45 min
-
18x50@30 minutes, plus 4x50 with fins.
-
Noel, you started this Jelly Bean thing.:) Maybe if we don't like Jelly Beans..put a "$$ bill "in the jar? Volume of work=new whatever at end of year.
-
18x50@24min. Rushed for time this morning. Some really great swimming going on here and good motivation
-
Dang, going to start calling you "Bruceapple Fish". Did you have to take a snack break ....73 minutes!!! Great job
-
Yes, 36x50@48 min=1mile
-
25x50 yds @32 min. Want to be more consistent

25/50yards@35 min

30 min in hotel pool....Yuk!
-
Now I like that:)
-
Hmm, "jelly bean for the jar"? Great job on your swimming
-
Oh by the way, I think Noel is part fish :)

Wow, all of your goals....I'm impressed and when I read them I feel like a log in the pool. For me, 3-4 days a week 30-45 minutes each morning....pushing heart rate. Add fins for extra leg work for some of the laps. On days off 5x5 at the gym.
-
20x50@30 min
-
25x50 yards@ 34 min
-
20x50, 30 min. First time in over 3 weeks due to pool being closed. Could feel all the Holiday celebration the entire time. :)
-
What about Polar Loop? I swim, walk, run and lift weights and I think the Loop is supposed to help track all of those. Use Polar FT 7 to track heart rate when running or walking. Garmin Swim is out of the question since seems to only track swim laps.

My pool has been closed since Dec 18 for cleaning and maintenance...........opens back this Saturday, Jan 3 :). Have been walking/running and hitting the gym during this time. Everyone have a safe and happy New Years.

So how do I load this in my alarm clock? So hard to crawl my fat *kitten* out of a warm bed, even though I'm pumped when I go to bed and the pool I swim in is heated with lanes always open. Oh well guess I'm the only one that has this problem.
