Some great swimming commitment going on fellow fishes! Well done all.

First 'serious' swim of the year today (after a couple of family splashabouts). 37mins to do 1k, mainly IM.

That's back to my form before latest health relapse - so pleased (if a bit knackered, hope I didn't overdo it...!).

Yes a short day due to work/pool schedule conflicts.
    ~ 750 meters @ 35 minutes.
Most of the Time was spent on the flutter board doing exercises from the Stroke Improvement class I am in. Legs are a little tired from the 5 km run at noon today.

1300 ~38min. I am not quite sure, as I did not charge my watch and garmin is having sync issues, anyway. But, a decent time approximation, and still a jelly bean for the jar.

Nope :( No bean in the jar. I didn't realize that by going right after work, there was only one lane open. Too crowded. Went home for a run instead. Trying again tonight. Well done, folks!

    Jelly Bean for the Jar

Basically, there's this metaphor for training that says each workout, no matter if it was short, long, good, bad or anything, counts as one jellybean. You have to fill the jar to be able to do your race or whatever.

Hi all. This am worked on backstroke for the first 1/2 of practice then did freestyle fist drill 10x 50s@ 1min, then 10x 50s @ 1 min, then finished up with 3x 100 with paddles.

1 km doing different swim exercises in my Stroke Improvement Course.
As the saying goes a Jelly Bean in the Jar.

@ AquaticQuests : I feel your pain/frustration in losing count on your lengths/laps.
