SCUBA Fitness
Just curious what do my SCUBA friends do to maintain fitness. I know most of the time not very strenuous but to be prepared for those time when the "SHTF". For me it's swimming laps, walking /running and squats, bench press/push ups and lots of pull ups.

Leg Strength
What do you do to increase leg strength? What about swim fins and if so which ones do you use and how do you use them? I'm currently using "Force Fins" and try to swim at least 5x50 yards at the end of my workout with them.

Where/when was your last Dive
Just thinking might be interesting topic. My last was "Ultimate Getaway Dry Tortugas" trip last month. Total of 17 dives over a 4 day period. Lots of spearfishing and photo ops. Burned a few calories doing this many dives!! Great boat and trip. Highly recommend

Counting Calories with HR Monitor
I am sure this has been asked before. I use HR monitor everytime I exercise whether it be strength training day or cardio day to guage intensity, time, approx calories and recovery.
