Garmin Connect Calorie Adjustment on MFP

I use a Garmin Swim watch and Garmin VIVO fit, syncing with MFP using Garmin Connect. In addition, I use a Polar heart rate monitor to keep track of run and walk time/intensity.
There is an automatic Garmin Calorie adjustment on MFP.
My question is do I also enter manually my swim time/intensity level or run/walk based on time/intensity level from the Polar heart rate monitor? I'm thinking might be double entry.

I have a Garmin 200 I use for cycling. The calories that are over estimated even with the negative calorie adjustment. My Polar A5 heart rate monitor is more accurate. I don't eat back all the calories and that works well for me.0

I find my Garmin 620 is accurate enough with running calories burned, but for some train the Connect integration stopped so I'm feeding MFP through Strava and it mangles the calories upwards so I have to manually reduce them in MFP.0
