If he's running in sandals, may be these which aren't too bad a price: http://xeroshoes.com/index-nav-mwc.php I dunno how shipping would be depending on where you are though :/

I spent a lot of time at level 1 and I also had hardest time with push ups! I can do squats all day but push ups are sooo hard! I found that Level 1 never got completely easy. It got easiER after about a week or two. I made myself move to Level Two a few days ago and while it's definitely harder, I find I can do it! I have…

This is an incredible amount of change! Your rolls are disappearing in a really major way! WAY TO GO!!! Keep it up, you're definitely seeing big results :D I can't wait to see these kinds of results myself, thanks for posting and keeping us all inspired!

That is so cool!!!! I am hoping to smooth my middle too, thanks for inspiring! Keep it up :D

I usually list it as circuit training but someone on here was saying there's a formula you can use to get exact results:

Man, those planks in leve 2 are killin me! This morning was really hard. It's nothing but planks at the end and my arms are dying hahaha. Hopefully I'll have awesome strong arms soon!

I've been doing 30DS for a few weeks on level one. I found Level One to be super challenging so I was putting off Level Two but this week I decided to start it! A friend of mine is starting 30DS and we're motivating each other for a month! Glad to find this thread, I could always use more motivation and advice :D

you guys are so very very inspiring! Thanks for sharing, you keep me motivated!

that is so cool!!! I too am taking things slow and steady and have a calorie goal of 1750 each day. It's inspiring to see people can lose weight and not cut down to something low like 1200 a day (which isn't really healthy). Thanks so much for sharing the details and those pictures are great! Congrats, you must be so proud…

Yeah I've had a look at all the levels. And actually, I did get to Level 2 last year when I did this workout...but it took me a while to get up to it then, too, so I've always wondered if I was doing it wrong XD And yeah, those plank moves are KILLER. In level 1 the ab stuff feels like a bit of a break since you get to lie…

AMAZING!!!! I love when guys post :)

Girl, this is nuts! Just 7 days too! You're gonna be ripped in no time! Congrats! Sorry if anyone already asked this, but can you share your calorie intake with us? Good luck with the rest! You've really inspired me! I'm on day 3. I did it months ago then during a cross country move I took a break. Now my husband and I are…

I actually just let it go for a bit. I try not to go TOO over the top but I am a little more lax. I do however, continue to workout since I'm just as strong just "whiny" XD I try to spend a few days eating well and then let myself go too far one a couple days (the worst ones). I might eat a little less on the days leading…

Just right-click the image and "copy image URL" then paste into a new window. Worth the extra effort, you look great!!! A real inspiration, thanks for posting!!!

add more exercise! If you binge, make yourself "walk it off". I walk a LOT and it means I get to eat a little extra. Counting calories tends to help me control those cravings....knowing how much something is BEFORE eating it makes the decision a little easier. If I *do* give in though I try to walk extra or go for a run or…

aaaagh, I said I wouldn't crryyyyyy

This is so great! I am super inspired, thanks so much for sharing! You look awesome!

you look amazing!!! I love how in the first picture it looks like you're hiding your neck behind your hair but in the new picture you want to show off your new slender neck and sexy collarbones! Way to go!!!!!
-
So cool!!!! Great job, you must feel proud :D

That's cause you just get to enjoy them without having to carry them around all day. Jumping jacks are the worst :C

Yes!!! I have been losing about 3.5 lbs a month. Which is slow and steady and doesn't seem like much to most people. If I had stayed more dedicated I could have pushed it up to 4-5 lbs a month but I get lazy after a while and have an off week. But I don't let that stop me from jumping back on and starting over! As a…

This is true. A pound of muscle will burn many more calories than a pound of fat. That's without exercise, even just sitting there....doing nothing...it still burns more! So getting your muscles built up (not like a bodybuilder just you know, get stronger, get toned) will help you to be able to burn through more calories…

It is all about how many calories your body needs a day in order to maintain basic functions like breathing, your heart beating etc. Even if you were in a coma, your body would go on burning a certain number of calories in order to maintain life functions. For me, this figure (known as BMR) is about 1500-1600 calories a…

This made my day XD

I love eating too so I try to walk a LOT to counteract it. I stick to eating about 2000 calories a day so I walk enough to burn even more. If you think there is a real addiction here, maybe you should see a doctor about it? If you're dealing with cravings like most people do, then work on some of the suggestions people on…

I keep hearing if you lose gradually and healthily over a longer time your skin adapts as you lose.

I'm glad my post is inspiring folks :D I had a Whopper Jr (no mayo lol) today but I also walked like 2 miles after church. Not gonna make a habit of it or anything but MAN WAS IT TASTY!
-
I know how you feel somewhat and it sucks :C But don't get discouraged! I haven't seen a dramatic change yet but the other night I turned off the main light in my room and the lamp on my bedstand was still on and it threw shadows across my chest and I could see my collarbones! That is a FIRST! I don't mean they stick out…

I have gotten to be a huge fan of water too! I still love coke but don't need it to be more than a sometimes snack. Water really feels good and quenches thirst :D
