Is MFP counting strength workouts?
I entered my strength workout routine and it didn't seem to count towards my calories. I know it's not like cardio but you're burning SOME calories during strength workouts, right? I do squats, some arm stuff (dumbbell curls, tricep extensions, front raises, etc), and crunches/leg lifts.
