Is MFP counting strength workouts?

I entered my strength workout routine and it didn't seem to count towards my calories. I know it's not like cardio but you're burning SOME calories during strength workouts, right?
I do squats, some arm stuff (dumbbell curls, tricep extensions, front raises, etc), and crunches/leg lifts.

True, you do burn calories doing anything. You can log it under both. One for calorie burns under cardio, the other for personal strength assessment as far as tracking how many [more] you did in each set.0

Adding it under Strength Training only keeps track of what you did. It doesn't add to your calories burned.
But there is an exercise option in the Cardiovascular section for "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)." If you add how long you worked out there, it'll give you calories burned.0 -
The way calories are estimated on MFP requires the time it took to do the workout. The way strength workouts are logged in sets, reps, and weights, doesn't allow for calorie estimation. So, if you want to log the calories burned from strength training, you need to also log it as Strength Training under the Cardio section with the length of time of your workout.0
