hump-day for 30 Day Shred?

hey guys!
I just got done with my Level 2 30 day shred workout and it was REALLY HARD. I've been doing level 2 for about a week and a half now and it was getting slightly more doable til today I just hit a slump. I made it through the workout but barely, it felt MUCH harder.
I noticed this happened at some point in Level 1 as well. Anyone else feel this? I work out for a week or so and it's fine then randomly for a couple days it gets REALLY HARD.
ALso I just went to a trampoline park and the jumping jacks feel harder, like my body weighs more. But I think that's a separate issue ;D

I used to not take days off but would find that I would have slump days where my workouts were awful. Taking time off for my body to recover has allowed me to do better when I do work out. I'd rather have 5-6 great workouts than try to push for 7 a week.0
