I'd say listen to your body, i generally managed all my normal workouts as well as the shred but on some days were sore so took a rest day. when your new to it its hrd as your unsure on nutrition in the food and what you class as healthy you may find secretly is'nt. stick with it, at first you think 'oh my god' i'l never be ready to go up a level and you will feel sore for the first few days. thanks guys, i thought the odd rest days will possibly be helpful. Think to have maybe 1 day a wk rest would work. I do other workouts on top of this but just want maximum results at the end. Day 14 tomorrow means halfway!!!.... level 3 is slowly approaching and will sure need a rest day then!!
