  • yes level 2 definately does get easier I thought the same when i started it but manage it throughout now on the higher intensity, still get sweaty but does kill me like it did- Level 3 for me is next week. :-)
  • I also started with 3lb weights and have now progressed to 5.5lb. Just work withing your own limits, you should feel thwe workout but not so much you cant do the entire set. You'll get there. :smile:

  • Im '5'7' currently wanting tolose 9lb to get me back to my pre pregnancy weight then would love another 10lbs and tone up. I agree if is harder as your weight drops, managed 1 lb loss last 2 weeks, just find it more of a slow process. We'l get there though!!
  • I am totally a music girl, download tiesto's clublife podcast every week and that is my workout music. Blaring in my ears and its just me, my focus and the gym equipment. The music makes the workout- makes me feel great and sometimes just want to be skipping about the gym. TUNAGE ALL THE WAY ;-))
  • day 14- great work tomorrow your half way!!!! today i've struggled, husband been away s at home with 3children so really could'nt get the session in which put me on a negative.   • day 6 level 2, going well feeling achy but not painful.... intriged to see end results!!- Still hate squat thrusts!!! ;-( they take it out of me!
  • level too also hate the squat thrusts and the 'martial' something move.. (keep leg raised but do a leg extension ick while lifting weights from shoulder to celing) shoulders kill!!! love the ab stuff one minute but works!!
  • i would say give the next level ago, you will then know whether its too much to soon or if its more like your pace. I went on level 2 on day 4 and definately found it a better work out, i can do the moves but they are hurting by end of set and on one bit i copied the easier women. x

  • i only had smaller weights at home, 2.5lbs or 4lbs.... I use the 4lb weights as they are good enough for me to feel the workout and ach the next day but not too much I can do the dvd. 5lbs should be ok. x

I find this differs to mfp calculations for workouts and always gives me a higher number of calories worked off but I think it is more acurate.
