This is so great! I needed it today. This is month 6 and I have only lost 25lbs on the way to losing 75. Not weight loss since January and Iam working out, eatting what I should and NOT LOSING! Ready to give up, but this gives mehope! Thanks!

I had a plateau that lasted 30 days! I ended up increasing my calories and lost 3 lbs the next day!

I lost 9 lbs my first week and have not lost anything since that time (1.5 mo). I am so frustrated. I am never eatting my daily amount of calories and excercising steadily.
