I have actually read some blogs on "how to be anorexic" and they are really depressing. It walks you through, step by step on how to starve yourself and how to curve your appetite. While these are extreme's and not healthy at all, it seems working out to lose weight is easier and my fulfilling than other options.

I have faith in us all! I'm going to add you too. I know having friends on here helps me. Especially because i set my intake to be viewed by others so everyone can see what I eat!

I've been switching from running to zumba, because i don't want to hurt myself with running since it's been so long. I just have to keep reminding myself that eventually, i will see a change!

when dieting, I think that's the problem with me. I never eat enough :( I've been trying to work on it, but it seems that i either eat too little or too much...

I'm trying to work my way back into running. I used to be able to run 7 miles, now I can barely run 1 :( so, i'm in it to win it and i miss it so much. I'll stay at one mile until I feel comfortable raising it to 1.5.
