  • Can you link this group? I'd like to get some ideas on what others have done for diet. I was diagnosed back in 98 and have had a successful pregnancy after that. But only after I lost 70lbs. And not the way I should have. I have tried eating right and working out. Everytime I hit a brick wall at some point, get discouraged…
  • I work in Daleville. I've been going to Anderson to Catapult Fitness on Thursdays for Piloxing and Hot Yoga. If you want to change it up a bit, it's a lot of fun. The most fun you can have getting your butt kicked anyway. ;)
  • I work out at the Golay Community Center in Cambridge City. It's $36 a month for the entire family which includes use of the pool and several aerobic/spin classes. They also provide daycare in the evening M-Th that is also free for members.

  • Hey there!! Is it "that" time of the month? I've been monitoring my weight long enough that I notice 3-4 days before I start I gain 3-5lbs. Then shortly after I start I'm back down. Keep doing what your doing!!
