I started Fibro-Response 2 weeks ago and I am OFF my anti-inflammatories! This natural supplement is doing as good a job if not better than the prescription!!!! I am so glad I saw your recommendation here! Thanks so much! Diane

I am turning 49 in August (but feel much older!). I have fibromyalgia and osteo-arthritis so it's like my body is definitely over 50. Please add me if you'd like! I'm here every day...

Diet Coke. Had it daily - sometimes more than one a day - stopped it a year ago. Cut back 90% on almost all bread, bagels, cereal, pasta, rice, cookies, crackers, chips, bars and crap. PS - it's easy because my tummy is way better - it seems what they thought was IBS for 15 years is really a gluten intolerance... 90% cut…

I am on for 75 days in a row now... will try to be as supportive as I can - but as weight loss and maintaining is my focus - I'm not 100% sure how I can help with your not eating enough... As said before - eating disorders are serious business.. I hope you are being followed by a doctor or dietician or ??

also love the Contigo's from Costco!

definitely breaking it up helps. I'm not sure dates are the best... I like celebrating every 5 lbs or so... also be sure to measure - from several areas (i.e. upper arms, chest, waist, hips, butt, thighs, calves). Write it down... Check it every month or so... Celebrate in inches as well as lbs. Celebrate your exercise…

As of this morning I have 4 lbs left and heck yeah I am imagining that number on the scale!! Hopefully before the end of the month... But break it down into smaller. 5 lb goals

I agree with alot of what the others have said. Try to drink water instead of other caloric drinks. Add more healthy veggies when you can. More healthy fats and protein and less carbs is how I've lost the weight... Just a suggestion.

can't plan like that... it's a big deal if i know what I've got going on for dinner that night. my fridge and freezer are full of healthy options though... just curious - why August 1st? why not tomorrow? I lost more weight this time than ever because I don't consider it a diet - with a start and finish date - but a…

been seeing my gp for about 20 years - love him - but about 5 years ago I asked him - how come you never weigh me and we never discuss my weight... I was very proud to get on the scale at 180 this week - lowest I've been in 25 years... but honestly - he should have been gently nudging the conversation towards diet and…

sounds like a steep short term goal but forget the "summer is diet-time" phase - if you want to keep it off you're looking at a lifestyle change - which means better eating habits and adding exercise to your schedule - not just for the summer - but for life... your future self will thank you!

welcome back and please feel free to add me!

feel free to add me...

if only it was as easy to lose as it is to find! this is the first time I've lost this much - but have more than once lost 15 to 20 - then gained back 25... you get the idea... feel free to add me... cuz this time I'm not letting that fat back!!

Thanks!

Awesome!

real thing - there is a great place nearby with an extremely thin crust individual pizzas. Half of one fills me enough - leftovers for lunch... you can choose lower cal toppings if you're really worried - or do a little more exercise. the real thing is worth it!

I agree... I don't have cheat days because if I really want something I have it... Like chocolate... Have some every day... Less than I used to and the 70% kind now but I log it all and try as much as possible to be as close to my goal as I can... If you know in advance you are going out than getting in more exercise…

it happens. don't beat yourself up... move on - fresh new day tomorrow - and you can even try to go back to a healthier dinner... just don't let it get you in a bad choices downward spiral... it's just one meal... move on...
-
thin crust pizza is one of my restaurant meals that I allow myself without beating myself up... there is very little dough - tomato sauce, cheese, veggies... if you made it homemade - don't beat yourself up... yesterday I had a steamed hotdog and cheeseburger (all dressed no onions) and a bit of poutine for dinner... This…

I've learned to make and eat spaghetti squash... if you tell yourself enough times it tastes just like pasta then you might believe it... But the calorie and carb count make it so that I'm never going back to the real deal...

personally I don't like the thought of working out on an empty stomach - so I have a little something before going to aquafit (quinoa crispbreads with peanut butter) - then have my regular smoothie with protein powder when I get back... but not being hungry after has never been a problem. I'm always hungry!

yes! every day! first time I lost weight I called it my "half a Crunchie bar-a-day" diet.... because I ate half a Crunchie bar every day.... this time around I'm aiming for healthier foods - so trying to have dark chocolate instead... but yes - definitely eat some every day!!! life would be sad without it!!
