I found an Organic plant based protein powder at Costco, called Orgain. It's 4 grams fat, 13 grams carbs, (not that low I guess) and 21 grams protein. The best part is it's 27 servings and was ony about 25 bucks, way cheaper than alot of others I've tried.

Oh, and she was overweight but managed to lose 8 pounds. It was easier for her than me!

I used to get up early and take my black lab, for walks all the time, she would get so upset when I went to the gym instead. She recently had a spinal stroke, and can't walk without help. (She is 14) it's sad, but the Vet thinks she may get better. I'm hoping!

Never tried one, I do like to drink coconut water, kombucha, carrot juice, or emergenC vitamin powder if I need a little boost.

I use kale, some frozen berries, kiwi or banana. It's good with water but sometimes I use coconut water or carrot juice for the liquid. You can throw just about anything in there! Oh and pineapple, yum.

True, your natural thirst will come back after drinking more water for awhile. I like carbonated mineral water when I'm craving something bubbly. Congratulations on giving up yhe Mtn. Dew!

I got one for Christmas and hsve been using it every day so far, I use spinich, kiwi, banana and frozen berries, I noticed it is helping my digestion. I haven't tried the 6 week plan but the recipies look really good!

When I need a break from coffee I drink yerba matte tea, it has about a third of the caffeine, antioxidants, and I don't get the withdrawal headache.

My goal for October is getting back to work, I have been off for three months due to a foot injury. My job involves a lot of walking, and carrying extra weight doesn't help.
