Ten years ago I lost over 50kg - the only exercise I did was walking Sadly I've put it all back on over the interim years, but I am back taking my weight seriously and again the best I can do is walk, walk, walk. It's one of the best exercises there is. If you are doing the same, please feel free to friend me :)

Weight loss since last week just 1lb Accomplishment - I managed to walk for at least one hour every day last week Goal for next week - To stay positive knowing that some weeks weight loss is slow Aim to lose at least a further 10 lbs by Christmas ............

Yes water can be terrible can't it - I try to drink it as cold as possible which helps a lot BUT am very interested to try infused water I've never done it before (in fact despite my advanced years this is even the first time I've heard of it) How does one go about doing it ????

Just joined myfitness pal .... happy to be hear. Due to excessive weight and muscle pain, walking is the most exercise I can do at the moment Have in fact been doing it for almost 3 week now - a minimum of 60 mins per day, and am feeling really much better for it . Best of luck to everyone :smile:
