lol I would love to maintain at 3200 calories man, jeez. I currently maintain at 2350. Plenty of good suggestions above. Stick to denser food options.

For cravings I usually try to fit in a more calorie friendly alternative. Soda - Diet Version Chips - Baked Version etc..

Every situation is different. I've taken a week off because I needed a hard reboot mentally and physically. Sometimes it's needed. However, I generally just do a deload if my body is taking too much stress over a period of time. You can take a week off the gym while remaining active outside of it. Just a thought.

We can pinpoint where adjustments can be made but would need to know what your current macros are, how much cardio (calories) you're burning, how long you've been cutting etc...
