I recently purchased a Sweet Sweat belt and was wondering if it was actually worth wearing or worked ? Sometimes I feel like it's to tight for my abdominal region to even be able to move back and forth while working out !

I agree with all who mention water weight loss. You will gain it all back once you rehydrate

Toss it in the garbage, it's marketing and nothing else.

I'd recommended researching before making the purchase going forward. No judgement, just friendly feedback.

I’ve seen ads for these on Facebook... couldn’t quite figure out what the point of them was? Why would you want to sweat more?

Use it just to run in.

That is exactly opposite of what you should be doing. Over heating is a detriment to running. And if you are using running for weight loss (not a good idea, btw), you will lose LESS over time. If you over heat and run less, you burn less.

Don't fall for gimmicks. The only thing they are good for is making some con man wealthy.

Woah woah woah. No takesies backsies. You made a *kitten* post and now you have to accept it.

You recommended for running as a benefit to weight loss.

Sorry but the bro science police caught you on this one.

It only makes your bank account lighter, not much else.

    Best of luck
