Half-way There - Before and During

I'm about half-way through my weight loss journey:
SW: 219.4 (August 2017)
CW: 188.4
Goal: 159 (By the end of 2018 will be fine)
Height: 5'7"
In my 30s.
Size 18/XXL --> Size 12/14 and M/L currently
I started this journey more for the mental health than anything. Because I was logging into MFP to log my exercise, I started logging my food too. I've gone from walking 20-30 minutes 3 times a week, to exercising 6 days a week via strength training, HIIT, and running.
I'm only half way there but I'm actually more fit right now than I have every been in my adult life, and that includes when I was under 150lbs and in my early twenties.
