I hate splenda and truvia. Due to the fact they contain carbs! I use walmart great value loose powder as it has zero everything. But I don't see a problemusing splenda or no cal sweetners. Thanks to using it for 6 months now I can't stand the taste of actual sugar.

That sounds about right for the burn. The less you weigh the less calories you burn. That's why its harder to lose those last 10lbs.

Every person is different. Based on my weightloss I have lost 2 or 3 inches and dropped 2 cups sizes. That's only after 35lbs loss.

Just a little update. I started taking birth control 26 days ago even tho I am fixed. I figured since june I got my cycle on my own I wasn't going to have the surgery to remove my uterus. Based on what I see and I only looked at today. Try changing your diary settings to have sodium and such added. It'll be easier once you see how much sodium you are taking in. Try not to exceed 2500mg a day. Otherwise you'll retain water. Best of luck!

Please go read "forum posts you want to read over and over" make sure you are staying at 1200net calories. And remember strength training adds muscle mass and sometimes you'll gain muscle gain and that will increase your weight. All in all keep up the fantastic job! You are doing great!

Yes based on my last visit I was 210. So that would only be a 14lbs loss. But my last visit was in november.my starting weight based on my scale in feb was 220

Mel my last doc was also a moron. I asked for metformin to help with my pcos symtpoms and he looked at me like I was stupid and I had to explain to him what the benefits would be to someone with pcos! So glad I no longer see that doctor. I wish there was other treatment options for those of us who are not ttc.

Mel I lose so much hair daily its unreal. I hate it. My hairs so thin as it is. I've also heard dandruff goes hand in hand with pcos as well.
