Try to eat in smaller portions of the food you used to eat, then add healthy choices of food but not in abrupt manner, you'll be surprised when your food choices changing from time to time.... Ofcourse, dont deny yourself of the foods you'll crave ,moderation is the key...

I had a worst binge today, which I eat a lots of chocolates ( Cadburry, GoNuts, and even a tea biscuits coated with a condensed milk) and carbo loaded foods! I am very curious with this one, I have tried the three day diet or the Military Diet, but it didn't help me to lose a pound. Anyone here who had tried this 5:2 fasting and it worked successfully?
