I will be having frozen blueberries tonight..(they were fresh..I bought them last night and threw them in the freezer for a sweet frozen treat) I am trying to stay away from anything like cake, ice cream..etc etc. I will probably have some pie on Thanksgiving so I don't want to over do it until then =]

All diet soda does is make me hungry :/ It's really not worth it for me because it's still full of junk.

I love Cheerios (original! Not the Honey Nut) with almond milk and a count up banana. It's nothing really heavy but it's good for you, it gives you energy and keeps you full (or at least me) until lunch :)

The more water you drink, the better! Just make sure you are going to the bathroom (obviously) and not just letting it sit in your body because you can make yourself sick. But no, as long as you are going to the bathroom like you should, water is the best thing for you.

That day I won't be tracking and logging. I plan on just eating a little bit of everything without going over the top. The next day, move on and go on like normal. I don't think you should miss out on Thanksgiving dinner. You can still eat it if you are smart about it.

Don't really understand why it's bad to show off the pounds you've lost. Isn't that why you are? (along with getting healthy in general) Losing weight is hard work and I think the people who really do it, deserve a pat on the back and a congrats. I don't think that means they are acting like celebs
