Its logic that your body goes into fat storing mode when you deprive it from calories. Thus eating breakfast is important to help keeping your body in an anabolic state. The more your body thinks it wont get food the more fat you will store and the less muscle you will build.

I've only had my fuel band for 2 days and I like it a lot. I wish it had a HRM in it, but other than that its cool. It wont be the same as a raw orange due to the pieces that don't make it through the juicer. Mostly you lose out on fiber. If you have a blender I would suggest using it instead to get more nutrients. If it were me I would use the raw oranges wedges or something for your diary. It won't be a huge difference. Good luck!
