I would just like to say. You didn't put all this weight on overnight. It takes time. Its a life style change. Slow and easy wins the race. Good luck and always remember YOU CAN DO IT!

It sounds to me like you need to start toning your body. I have herd that once you get down or close to you goal weight you should start toning your body with weight training and or other exercises to tone your body. I herd yoga and other exercise like this can also tone your body. Good luck

Good luck in your journey. You can do it. To me this is a life style change because diets do not work. Stay with it, work hard and you should reach your goal in no time. To Pseudocyber I feel great. I have had to go out and get new clothing because my wife says my old clothing is way to big for me now. I work in maintance and I climb up stairs very often at work. I also tried to go to the gym at least 4 to 5 times a week for at least 30min. I read that you are supposed to eat some of your calories that burned off. I did not…

dont get discourage. slow and easy wins the race. I am 30 years old and it took me that long to put the weight on so its not going to come off fast. You can do it!

Thank You all. This will help me out a lot. I will definitly do both cardio and weights. I will also mix it up with the elliptical and maybe the bike and treadmill and or the stair one. Thanks
