100 pounds lost with before and after pictures
BEFORE 29 years of not being healthy AFTER 1 year and 6 months on MFP I want to thank my wife and MFP could not do it without you both.

I just hit the 100lb lost mark. It took me 1 year and 6 months. Not bad at all. Never thought I could do it but my wife was always by myside. Now the next goal in my life style change is 200lbs lost. MFP WORKS!
Went shopping today with the wife needed some new clothes. As of right now MFP I fit into a 42 size pant. What is the best way to lose weight. Using Cardio exercises or weight lifting? Right now I spend 30 min to an hour on an elliptical trainer. I have never really lifted weights before and would like to know what is best.
