I have been filling out my food diary and have been counting my calories. Does this have to be exact. I make a lot of homemade things which is difficult to really know how many calories are in it. I have been guessing on somethings is there any other way to do this. Thanks

Usually everything you make is on the food database. Add each ingredient at a time. It will never be exact but pretty close. It's time consuming but well worth it. Good luck dude!0

I normally just add each individual food item at a time into my food diary. It seems to be working for me.0

This is a great place to figure it out too! Then just fill in the nutritional values.

i add each ingredient. then i save the meal so i won't have to do it again. it can take some time developing your own, but if you're like me, i tend to eat a lot of the same things from week to week. it's worth the little bit of extra time. it works!!!0
