I just use egg whites from the egg by removing the yolk. I use to buy the carton of egg whites but it was much more expense. And MFP you can plug in you egg whites and I believe it's 16 calories. ' Save the money and just remove the yolk on your own.

I've lost 6 pounds and my weight tracker is only showing a 2 lost lost...what is going on??? Any way I can correct this?? Actually I found the link in the help options. You have to delete ALL previous entrys! before your NEW starting weight!!

Hey I started 30 day shred today as well. Would love some new friends that are doing this program too for support and motivation. As I typed this I just finished Day 1. Not terrible...but hard enough that I'll need a support group! Friend ME!!! :o)

I'm going doing the inferno plan as a way to teach myself to begin working out. I'm not following the meal plan exactly but am trying to stay under my calorie count as stated by MFP. We'll see. Then I'll be on Week 1 of TF again. Moving my rest day to a Friday. It seems that if I break mid-week, i loose track.

I don't do the stretch classes. I'm on week one and skipped the stretch classes. I can't stand going slow motion. I like to be moving around and feelings like I am getting a good hard workout in. I will stretch on my own while watching TV, but a whole video of it is not fun.

Awesome job! I am just beginning and you are an amazing inspriation. Great job! What was your choice of cardio? I am beginning TurboFire along with using this site.
