For the belly of the turtle, I like "cherish today" which was on the list and means sooo much! My granny used to say that "tomorrow isn't a Promisted day" which is so true so we should all Cherish Today!

I can so relate as I, too, am recouping from a year + injury. I am still very limited as to what my PT will allow me to do and am unable to exercise they way I would like. I am in this with you all the way and as you so appropriately stated we didn't gain it overnight ergo will not lose it over night! One day at a time

I would love to loose 20 by Christmas; however, realistically 15-17 lbs is more doable for me. I don't want to set my goals to high wherein they are unachievable which would discourage me. I do know that I would be more successful if I just added some exercise, which is my next "doable" goal!:laugh: Good luck all
