  • Don't beat yourself up. We all have slip-ups and eat some bad food sometimes. But hey, pick yourself and get back on that healthy horse of yours. That's what i'm doing. I work in sales and this past week has been super hectic with closing out the month and I haven't tracked and eaten a little too much candy, but that's…
  • I have tons of crap that I never wear, both too big and too small. Once I lose another 20 pounds I've set a goal for myself that I will clean out my closet and get rid of everything!
  • It happens to ALL of us...ALL the time. Cheer up, it's the 1st. Perfect time to start over and refocus on your goals. Don't let one bad day get you down!
  • Ha yeah right. I'm not about that carrying extra pants program.
  • Congratulations with starting your weight loss journey! Speaking from personal experience, eating not enough isn't good, even if you are trying to lose weight. It's going to put your body into "starvation mode". So essentially anything you do eat, whether good or bad is gonna stick to you like glue because your body isn't…
  • Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. I *kitten* my hunger level and go from there. Because if you're not hungry you shouldn't be eating extra calories just because they're there.
  • Throughout the years I've tried different versions of all that crap before I came to my senses and none of it works. There is no magic pill that's gonna make your body not absorb fat or doesn't let sugar become fat. If this was really the case, wouldn't EVERYONE be using it?
  • I agree with Diannethegeek You need to figure out why you're bingeing (ex. starvation, emotional, bored, etc). Are you actually hungry when you're bingeing? Whenever I have those cravings, I drink a bottle of water. About 20 minutes after that if I'm still hungry than I'll eat, but most of the time I'm eating outing of…
  • I used to work late night and graveyard shifts when I was in the restaurant business and I always found that eating something helped. Now granted I wasn't pigging out on junk food, but eating something healthy with little to no carbs. I'm a breakfast person so I would do a lot of egg whites with veggies. Eating something…
  • That must be nice, I work about 60-70 hours a week so it's hard for me to fit in the exercise and diet I need . I guess this is what this is all about though right :)
  • I've done weight watchers 3 times since I was 18, now 23. The first time I lost weight but I wasn't necessarily healthy. And the last two times I didn't lose any weight, just starved. The only time I was really ever able to lose weight was monitoring my calories and working out 6 days a week. Now two and a half years later…
  • I've gotten called everything in the book. When you're 1 female out of 50 males at your job rumors get spread and the name calling begins. However most recently, I was asked if I was pregnant by a fellow co-worker. My response was "Nope, just fat. Thanks!" Needless to say he's been nice to me ever since
