Maybe check out Vega? It's the protein smoothie base I use, I love it.

Start slow. So I begin by teaching them "walk close" that means walk right next to me. We go on two full weeks of two ten minute walks a day "walking close." She has a special shorter leash for this so she knows when it's not a for-fun walk. When she walks along side you with no tugging, training treat. When she pulls,…

The vast body of research on all aspects of health that look at the effects of red meat and processed meat all point in the same direction: it's not healthy, increases the risks of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and certain kinds of cancers, and is one of the greatest factors included within the SAD that makes people…

Hi there! Feel free to add me. Vegan for a decade and moving toward WFPB.

That's not what the peer-reviewed science says. Most peer-reviewed scientific studies show the absence of animal products is what is majorly beneficial. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4193060/ http://journals.lww.com/eurjcancerprev/Abstract/2010/09000/Processed_meat_and_colorectal_cancer__a.2.aspx…

I went vegan a long long time ago -- very easy. I went whole foods plant based many times -- slightly harder. Whole foods plant based has some of the best peer-reviewed science behind it being one of the healthiest ways for humans to eat. I have been having a hard time with maintenance, so I am giving it another go. Feel…

I lost a whole me with hard work and perseverance. Losing is easy. Maintenance is hard.

I'll have a daiya yogurt before and a cup of coffee, then a protein shake when I get to work. My job is also a bit over 10k away. This holds me over well until lunch and dinner, but then I'm very small at 5'3 and 125lb.

I love how you say won't as though I have a legitimate choice. And I can think of a dozen things people can say aside from "go see a doctor." "Go see a doctor" is advice I hardly would need from here. However, seeking people who have experienced similar problems and what the recover time/cause was is very helpful. Thank…

I can't get it looked at, I don't have insurance. :/

Everyone's journey and struggle is different. You're doing amazing, but you need to do it healthy and eat enough. Don't eat to little in an unsafe manner just to lose weight. Some people will lose quicker, some slower. Honor your journey and where you are. Your body is trying its hardest, honor it too.

You can start with subs like Gardein, field roast, and the like. I'm vegan and have an open journal for friends, feel free to add me.

I want to be healthy and fit, not thin, so I try to get the most bang for my caloric buck.

Hi there, I'm 5'3 and my starting weight was 250. I'm currently at 127lbs. Feel free to add me. The best advice I can give is to not give up. If you had a bad weekend or a bad day, keep going. Good luck, I believe in you!

Vegan here, feel free to add.

Disconnect and reconnect.

Try prelogging. Plan a day or two out so you can both get some variety and avoid things you want to avoid.
-
Agree.
-
5'3 w/ a goal weight of 115lbs, down from 250, currently at 130. :) Feel free to add.
-
Step 1. Stop eating animal products. I've been vegan for twelve years, it's really that simple. You can friend me, I have an open diary for friends.
-
You get that on free if I am understanding you correctly.
-
That's great to hear! Don't forget to take before pictures.
-
Honestly, we'd need pictures to really know what you're talking about and even then, it's a bunch of strangers. We aren't the ones who need to approve of your body, that's all on you. You've got to love you.

Hi there, I've been vegan for over a decade. Feel free to add me, I've lost half my body weight (started at 250lb, am now 125lb) while eating vegan.
-
That's a total myth that it's more expensive to eat healthy.

Almost everyone here will recommend Couchto5k.

I really love Vega Pre-Workout Energizer. Keeps me going without any word side effects and doesn't contain anything shady

Hot yoga does not burn greater calories than noon-hot yoga. You just feel like your working harder. And get other benefits like sweating out, muscle relaxation, metal focus.
