Green & Black's Organic Dark Chocolate from Whole Foods. Tis amazing. Yet on a daily basis it's a snickers bar.

If having something that is unhealthy for you or not on the fat police(you know who you are) list of approved foods then I cheat everyday. I have some form of chocolate everyday. Usually my favorite Snickers!

Homemade BBQ does the trick. Now if I can just get the calories down in my recipes I would be a much happier person

Someone posted a link here for a cheesecake recipe that was about 140 calories for a decent square. It was really good I'll see if I have it saved.

Useful tip but could this be done with low sodium chicken broth to add flavor? I know it would probably add a few calories.
