I have eaten well today although I haven't exercised for the day. I almost went back to my old habits because I was feeling weak and discouraged for a minute. I do realize that I need to do my exercises in the a.m. As the day wears on I am less inclined to do what i need to do! Glad to have people to share my struggles…
