yep, its a terrible cycle, i basically loose 15 and then gain it.... repeat. I'm almost 100% sure i have binge eating disorder. so its really difficult for me.

okay so what im getting from this is that there are none. aha! its also a pain for me to get quest bars as i live in canada. i have to order them online but kind and larabars are easy to find here

ya that was me yesterday, i binged because of it... i think it was because i didn't eat my usual protein rich breakfast and instead just had a slice of toast. not gonna do that again.

pumpkin "pie" 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1/4 cup egg whites 1/4 tsp baking powder cinnamon to taste ( i put 1/4 tsp) stevia to taste (i put 2 tsp truvia) mix together and microwave for about 4 mins soooo good! i like adding raisins too sometimes

I agree with the other posts, i just make sure to keep it in my allowance. how can you go wrong otherwise. fruits are totally healthy for you.

I take a multivitamin and omega 3 pills as well. those are my staples. at the current moment i'm also taking vitamin c with d mixed in, and C, but those are less important to me. I had a protein pancake 1/4 cup egg whites 1 scoop protein powder half a banana splash of milk Soooo good :D On a usual day i have two eggs and a slice of a high fiber toast or a banana if there is no healthy bread in my families house :D
