Vitamins- should I take them?

I've been looking at my diary and I realized that I'm not getting enough calcium and a couple other things. Should I be taking some kind of vitamins and if so which kind is best???

    FOR ME, I take a multi vitamin.

    I also take a Vitamin D supplement because I have had bloodwork showing my Vitamin D is low - That and now I live in Seattle and we're about to not see the sun for a while. :)

    Other than that, I take my normal allgery pill and a wheatgrass supplement.

    I would definitely talk to your doctor, maybe get some bloodwork done to see if you have any defficiencies.
  • I take a multivitamin and omega 3 pills as well. those are my staples. at the current moment i'm also taking vitamin c with d mixed in, and C, but those are less important to me. It is definitely recommended to take a multivitamin, especially if you are cutting calories, it may be difficult for your body to get all the vitamins it needs even if you are eating a balanced diet.
