It's hiit style workouts in bursts of three minutes, so really its more like 20 minutes (or however long you feel like doing that day!)

Forgot to add, my plan is to go alongside my uni schedule, making low cal meals for lunches and doing the #3minutebellyblitz in the evenings.

Just finished week 1 day 2, absolutely drained of energy, which means a good nights sleep I think! Will have a break day as I have university, and have to wake up pretty early for trains, but I'll probably be on W1 D3 sometime before Saturday. I just really want breaks between each day which I should of done this weekend.

Treadmill at the gym, with the c25k app, headphones (which i probably wont even use since I'm going with my best friend), and regular old t shirt leggings and trainers.

Yesterday me and my friend did week 1 day 1. Pretty exhausting, but it felt good to do some running~ Off to do day 2 today~
