Hello, I'm Hannah~
21 year old graphic design student at university, in my final year. Gotta look good for those graduation photo's in July!!
Goal of 120-130 lbs, currently 196 lbs.
Looking for people to encourage and make friends! ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

    Forgot to add, my plan is to go alongside my uni schedule, making low cal meals for lunches and doing the #3minutebellyblitz in the evenings.

    Beware the "lose 5 pounds per week with this 3 minute exercise" that is promised on the cover. That is virtually impossible other than to start with water weight.

    I'm also a university student in my first year, and unfortunately a little too big for my liking. I've made a new years resolution to loose weight, tone up and eat healthy! I would also love to make new friends along the way! :) `x

    It's hiit style workouts in bursts of three minutes, so really its more like 20 minutes (or however long you feel like doing that day!)
