Forgot to add, my plan is to go alongside my uni schedule, making low cal meals for lunches and doing the #3minutebellyblitz in the evenings.0

Beware the "lose 5 pounds per week with this 3 minute exercise" that is promised on the cover. That is virtually impossible other than to start with water weight.

I'm also a university student in my first year, and unfortunately a little too big for my liking. I've made a new years resolution to loose weight, tone up and eat healthy! I would also love to make new friends along the way! `x0 -

It's hiit style workouts in bursts of three minutes, so really its more like 20 minutes (or however long you feel like doing that day!)0
