Yes, I do it daily. Usually a Jillian Michaels DVD like 6 weeks to a six pack and then a DVD from the FIRM that gives me cardio and weights.

I also enjoy drinking beer. Cheers! I get up at 3:45 in the morning and workout so I have spare calories for a few drinks in the evening.
