maybe have a really filling breakfast, like a massive bowl of carb filled muesli, then you will not be so hungry at 9 am for a snack, so you could probably have it a bit later deterring hunger. Don't worry! you have done really well! I have just put on a kilogram. Just keep going and your weight will become stable. I, too, need to lose about 3 pounds more, at the least!
