Today I worked. I work at a fast food chain (Sonic) and we get free tater tots and drinks and whatever food we buy comes out of our tips so it's tempting to pig out. I didn't eat anything! So proud!

Same here! First I gained a little weight, but I've been working out like nuts so I figured it was muscle. No biggie. Weighed myself today, I've lost three pounds but my measurements are no different.

Oh yeah! I'm a senior in high school so NONE of my friends understand. Everyone in class gets big honkin chocolate cake, I pass and eat a carrot stick. Want to go out? Sure! I'll be late because I need to workout and then I'll order a salad.

We do very basic tai chi in my theatre department and I'm not a huge fan. It is all very slow and I could see where it'd be great to calm down and gain balance but I have never saw it as a workout unless you do something intense. If you want something similar and that I know is a great workout, try yoga!

All you can do is brush it off. There's always going to be weird creepers. Overall just take it as a compliment! You're getting attention for your success! You would only get saggy skin if you lose weight really fast. Just take it slow. And if worse comes to worse, you could always get surgery to tighten it up!

Don't feel lazy! Everyone likes to do different things, and some people just like to sweat buckets when they workout. Try doing yoga or pilates. You'll sweat a little bit, but you'll become more flexible, lean, and you'll become stronger mentally. I did water aerobics with my grandma at our local pool and it was super fun…

Smoothies with low fat yogurt and fruit (don't add sugar). Strawberry with banana and vanilla is super good. Try eating leftovers! You don't have to have breakfast food for breakfast. As long as you're eating something!!
