I did not post my weigh in yesterday! Sorry about that...busy day yesterday! I was at 206 yesterday. Today mother-in-law came over and brought a tub full of Christmas treats! I can't stop eating them :embarassed:

I would love to get more ideas on healty snacks...I feel that my snacks are healthy but I'm getting burnt out on eating the same snacks all the time. What is everybody else snacking on???

Mimi you should see my desert gum arrangement at work lol...I have like four different flavors :-) I love the flavor of the key lime pie but it seems like that one looses its flavor very fast. Orange Creamcycle is also a good one.

It's made by Extra (Wrigley's) the same brand that the mint chocolate chip ice cream gum. It's kind of hard to find the apple pie flavor...brown packaging. I hope that helps!

I managed to gain 4 lbs over the weekend but it's been coming off slowly...excited to see where I end up in the morning. I'm thinking of doing the gazelle but my head is pounding cause I have a cold. Argh!

Dave, Have you ever tried desert gum? When I want to eat late, I drink a full glass of water and chew on some apple pie desert gum...yum!

I've been strugling as well this week! Work is settling down a little bit so I've had more time but now I got a yukky cold...excuses, excuses...right? There is always tomorrow... A quote I saw recently that really stuck..."I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday" :happy:
