  • Great before and after photos! My body shape is also apple and so I have to ask, what helped you all lose the weight? I do know strength training helps me, but I still have trouble with my diet and what types of foods I should be eating, since some spike insulin, etc. Thanks!
  • Hi, Just wondering how Harley Pasternak's Body Reset Diet is working out for you? How do you like the shakes and what is your favorite? I am planning on getting his book and I'm interested in the healthy shakes. I think it should be fairly easy since I already enjoy a morning shake. Thanks!
  • Maybe you're not eating enough calories. If you're working out, you may require more calories than what is recommended to fuel your body. The description from the DVD mentions that it is three 20 minute circuit training workouts. I was reading one of the other websites and people mentioned that they entered it as Circuit training as…
  • Thanks to everyone for the info. I did not know until now that the serving size of cream is proportional to the size of the coffee. Wow, a small single cream is 18ml, 35 cals, and a Large single cream is 35ml, 70 cals. Must be the cream in the Tim's coffee that makes it addictive!
